Packaging was abysmal, which resulted in the bowl being broken on arrival. Didn't come with all the advertised parts.

Summary: "Disappointed"
First off, this was my first hookah purchase. I went with a cheap one to see how I liked it and just as a beginner. While this hookah does smoke really nice, don't expect high caliber.
The carrying case is bent & flimsy and the way the hookah was packed inside the case (with thin cheap bubble wrap) resulted in the ceramic bowl to come broken. We were really excited to open it and smoke, but had to go on a drive to find a place that sold replacement bowls because I really didn't want to ship it back and have to wait for a new one to come. I want to smoke, and I want to smoke NOW :) Luckily, a replacement bowl was only $3. Also, the glass vase has a little chip at the top due to poor packaging, it only alters the aesthetics though and not the functionality. The stem is very pretty, but has some smoke leakage in parts when it is just sitting. It isn't enough to mess up the hit, but if you are a hard core Hookah person it might make you sad.
Another complaint I have is the missing items. It was missing the brush cleaner, pipe screen, and instructions. None of them are really critical, but it is annoying to expect one thing and get another.
I gave the Hookah a 3, mostly because any day you smoke hookah is a good day, and it is hard to make that a bad experience. But really if I wasn't so antsy to smoke right away, I would have returned the product and spent a little more to buy a nice one. To be fair, it is a nice smoke, but that could be because the Zebra Stripe Gum tobacco is so delicious!

Summary: "Great Deal, Beautiful Hookah!"
Absolutely beautiful! I love the hookah and it is the perfect size for use at home. The easy assembly/disassembly and carrying case make it easy to transport; we have already packed it up and took it camping and to our friend's house. I purchased this as a gift, and I don't think the receiver has any complaints. I do wish the case was slightly larger (it is a VERY snug fit for just the hookah its self) so we could transport the coals and tobacco (etc) all together, but that is minor. The only reason I did not rate this a 5, is b/c the posting says it comes with a brush cleaner, and it does not. Other than that, I am very pleased with the product.
